The documentary follows acclaimed writer Mariana Enriquez on a journey through some of the Costa Brava’s most unsettling places. She visits sites such as Can Busquets, the decaying Hotel Panorama Park, and Radio Liberty, a Cold War-era radio station, unearthing their hidden stories with humor while exploring, without the protective shield of fiction, her relationship with fear and the unknown. Based at the Sanià estate, where Truman Capote wrote part of In Cold Blood, she turns the place into both a refuge and a creative base. She is joined by Juan Pablo Martín, the estate’s caretaker; writer Víctor Balcells; and a local guide specializing in the paranormal, with whom she delves into legends, superstitions, and ghostly presences.
