Verónica Echegui, born in Madrid, in 1983. Even though she’s best known for her acting career, in recent times she’s been taking up scriptwriting and directing. In this field, she attended the Tool Foundation Workshop with Brad Barnes at the Directing Actors School of Los Angeles, she also attended two seminaries: The Writer/Director Collaboration by Tim Fywell and Visual Storytelling by Josh Appignanesi. Totem Loba is her first short film, and it’s a big step in her career as a writer and director.
