Ventura Durall is a film producer, screenwriter and director. In 2000 he founded Nanouk Films to create a leading artistic platform within the Catalan and European audiovisual landscape. The company builds bridges between documentary and fiction filmmaking. His works have been selected and awarded at festivals such as Sundance, Locarno, San Sebastián, IDFA and HotDocs. He headed the Documentary Department at ESCAC for 10 years and served as president of PRODOCS.
