Ramiro, a childish and solitary postman, cannot bear to deliver bad news. If he thinks the content of a letter is negative, he forges it, replacing it with one that will make the recipient happy. One day, he is found out and fired from his job. Ramiro, who comes from an honorable dynasty of postmen, feels deeply ashamed by what has happened.
