Six short films selected in ShortsShorts Film Festival of Mexico
An important selection in such an important international festival
The 7th Edition of the
ShortShorts Film Festival, is about to get started in a month, in México. It is a really important international festival, because receives thousands of short film every year, what makes it complicated to be selected. It has a very special award, the best short films will be screened also in the japanese version of the festival, which will take place in Tokio. Furthermore, the films will be screened in many mexican cities, but also will be screened all over the world, as the festival organize differents events to show the selections.
In the official section 'Iberoamerican competition', six of the fourteen films selected, are represented by Freak Independent Film Agency, a great notice for the agency and for the directors. And the titles are:
'La migala', directed by Jaime Dexcallar
'Shall we dance?', directed by Daniel Azancot
'Overflowed', directed by Joan Llabata
'Matador on the road', directed by Alexis Morantes
'The rattle of Benghazi', directed by Paco Torres
'Fields of Paradise'
